Sarcococca orientalis 3L
Sarcococca orientalis, or Chinese sweet box, is a compact, evergreen shrub bearing glossy leaves that taper at the ends, however it is the flowers that mark this shrub out from the crowd. Blooming from December until February, the white flowers emit the most wonderful honey scent, so intense it carries some distance. Male flowers are tinged with pink, and all flowers are followed by dark berries.

Fairly low growing, this variety makes an excellent specimen for a container, positioned away from cold winds and frost, in a location where the fragrance can be fully appreciated.
