Rosa The Pilgrim® AGM
A real show stopper of a climbing rose from David Austin, The Pilgrim (Auswalker) is renowned for its beautiful soft yellow flowers, which pale towards the edges and transform from buds into open cups which then relax into large fragrant rosettes. Although it grows quickly, it has the benefit of producing flowers and leaves lower down the plant.
Please note, our roses are available to purchase all year round, so depending on the time of year your rose may either arrive in bloom or have been pruned or deadheaded appropriately for the season.

Tolerating shade, this rose has a medium fragrance so makes a wonderful screen on a wall or fence where its yellow flowers and myrrh/tea fragrance can really sing. Named after the pilgrims in Chaucer’s ‘Canterbury Tales’, it is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden
