Hoppel Brown Tipped Rabbit
The little bunny Hoppel is sitting, waiting to hop to it. With soft, brown-tipped woven fur, and a charming expression, he is the perfect size for some pocket or schoolbag love. If he gets rather grubby with too many cuddles, he can be popped into the washing machine, and with the Steiff label, you know he will be leaping around for years to come.

Margarete Steiff founded the company in 1880 producing stuffed animals in Germany. She was joined by her nephew Richard Steiff, who, in 1902, designed a toy bear made of mohair, and called him Teddy in reference to American President Theodore Roosevelt, who had refused to shoot a tethered bear during a hunting trip. Steiff teddies and soft toys today bear (sorry!) the same high standards of quality, with each toy handmade and finished with a tag for authenticity.
