Burford’s Cotswold Celebration Cocktail
Celebrating some of best flavours the Cotswolds has to offer, this refreshing spritz will prove the perfect introduction as you greet your party guests. Bringing together the red apple and pear nuances of the Cotswold Classic Brut, with the zest of handpicked Sicilian lemons, and hints locally sourced lavender; it’s a spritz to slip slowly and savour.
Ingredients
- 75ml Woodchester Valley Cotswold Classic Brut NV
- 50ml Blackfords Limoncello
- 15ml Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
- Top with soda water
Mix the ingredients together, and serve in a large wine glass with plenty of ice and garnish with fresh mint and a festive sprig of rosemary.
