Come one, come all

Appetisers and an apéritif

Whet your appetite with a selection of our finest olives, courtesy of our friends at Olives et Al. Highlights included our Garlic Stuffed Olives, Red Pepper Stuffed Olives, and if you are feeling thoroughly adventurous, try our Nocellara Olives Infused with Lemon Vodka; perfect for martini fans. However, whatever you choose to serve whilst your turkey is resting, we cannot recommend a better accompaniment than a glass of amie’s Crémant De Limoux.

Crisp and even

Complement our course cut Venison Pâté with Cognac on sourdough toast, or fresh Scottish smoked salmon, capers, and horseradish crème fraiche, with a chilled glass of Nau Mai Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant with an exquisite finesse, this soft Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is ideal for accompanying food. Dry and high in acidity, it offers the palate ripe lime notes, along with passionfruit, green currant, and tomato leaf.

The main event

Finding wines that pair perfectly with a turkey dinner may feel like a daunting task, but it needn’t be. Turkey is succulent, but isn’t overly rich, so it lends itself towards richer whites, and more developed reds. Blending merlot, cabernet sauvignon, and cabernet franc grapes, Vieux Château des Combes Saint-Emilion is a well-balanced, modern Grand Cru that is sure to bring out the best in your turkey dinner.

Sprinkle on the sugar

Spare the brandy this year and complement your figgy pudding with a small glass of Churchill’s Reserve Port.
