Insights
Bramble & Hedge was established in 2009, after an inspiring trip to the Al-Hamidiyah Souk in Damascus, which showcased the ancient art of confectionery making. Handmade in Australia in small batches using traditional methods and the best ingredients, the ranges of nougat, peanut brittle and honeycomb are hand-decorated with great attention to detail, topped with dried fruits and flowers sourced from the finest growers locally and across the globe.
