Features

notes

Commonly known as a ‘crispa tulip’ for its extravagantly pronounced fringed edges on each slightly cupped petal, the Tulip ‘Labrador’ is maroon-plum in colour, appearing almost black. Its moody, character makes it an obvious choice for a garden display in need of an arresting bloom.

Insights

Fringed Tulips bring elegance to the garden with petals featuring crystalline edges. Blooming in mid-spring, they add magnificent textural interest to a display.
