Features

notes

Utterly charming panicles of purple buds, opening into a mass of tiny, deep pink flowers, cover Syringa meyeri Palibinia in early summer. A compact form of lilac, this deciduous shrub retains all the beauty, as well as the heady scent of the original, without the invasive bad manners. A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.

Insights

As one of the most dwarfed and slow growing of lilacs, it is perfect for a smaller, or courtyard garden and will happily thrive in a large container given appropriate sunshine, food and water.
