Selladore’s Côtes de Provence and Coteax Varois En Provence classified vines play host to classic Provençal varieties of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Vermentino grapes, all of which find expression in this exquisite Provence rosé. Harvested in the early hours of the morning, to preserve freshness and acidity, these grapes are pressed, with minimal skin contact to impart that delicate pink hue.
