Crafted using premium, high density wheat in the unspoiled Val d’Orcia of Tuscany, Seggiano’s organic paccheri pasta is both bronze draw and slow dried at low temperatures. With each of these artisanal processes affording this pasta great flavour and consistency; its rough and porous texture lends itself beautifully to rich pasta sauces. Equally, their large tubular shape lends themselves beautifully to being stuffed and baked.
