Orcio Panciuto broadly means bulging jar (Orcio derives from the Latin for jar) and the shape of this vase conjures up a classical precedent reaching past the Romans to ancient Greece. Handmade from natural Galestro clay, local to the area in Tuscany where it is made, the vase contains only naturally occurring chemicals and is ecologically sound and ideally porous for plants.
- Naturally occurring terracotta
- Handmade, drainage hole in base
- Frost resistant
- If necessary clean with brush and soapy water (avoid harsh chemicals)
