With a cutting capacity of 20mm, these blades adjust to fit the diameter of the branch and the size of the hand. Once closed, the blades lock safely. Opinel, in operation over 130 years and still based in Savoie, France, is renowned for its production of bladed tools, particularly their famous pocket knife, recognised in 1985 by the V&A Museum as one of the world’s 100 best designed products.
