From fledgling Scottish distiller Nc’Nean, this smooth single malt Scotch is made using organic Scottish barley whose rich soil contributes to its wonderful depth of flavour. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks. Every bottle is certified organic, produced in a verified net zero distillery, and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.
