Miscanthus Silver Cloud flowers earlier than other varieties of Miscanthus and continues to do so until the first frosts. The narrow, variegated leaves give a silvery effect hence the name.

- North, East or West facing
- Full sun
- Sheltered
- Does not like wet, boggy soil
- Cut back to ground level in early spring before new growth appears
- Every three years, lift and divide overcrowded clumps to maintain vigour
