notes

Adding movement and colour to the late summer garden, Miscanthus Silver Cloud is a compact grass bearing flower plumes of burgundy that waft gently in the breeze. Due to its compact size, it presents a wonderful specimen to plant in a container, or to use as a low hedge or in a prairie planting scheme.

Insights

Miscanthus Silver Cloud flowers earlier than other varieties of Miscanthus and continues to do so until the first frosts. The narrow, variegated leaves give a silvery effect hence the name.
