Miscanthus is a tolerant, deciduous hardy perennial with an erect habit that offers great versatility in the garden. It looks wonderful as a specimen or planted in groups as a screen, but equally looks effective in a large pot on a terrace. A recipient of the RHS Award of Garden Merit for all round excellence in the garden.
