Geum Flames of Passion
Geum Flames of Passion introduces a glow of warmth to the front of herbaceous borders. A reliable perennial, it produces a mass of deep red flowers, tinged with orange, attractively held aloft on black wiry stems. The semi-double blooms have prettily ruffled petals, veined with brown to echo the warm brown shade of the buds.

This repeat flowering geum does not need dead heading but can be sheared back after flowering to encourage prolific growth the following year. The foliage is also attractive and if cut with the flowers, lends a fresh informality to flower arrangements.
