Californian raisins (sunflower oil), sultanas, breadcrumbs* (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt), carrots, vegetable suet (certified sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour), demerara sugar, golden syrup, free-range EGG, Hanlons Port Stout (5%) (BARLEY), UK Bramley apples, 10-year-old Somerset Cider Brandy (4%), glace cherries (glucose fructose syrup, sugar), ground ALMONDS, orange juice, lemon juice, chopped ALMONDS, WHEAT flour (contains raising agents), orange zest, lemon zest, spices. *Breadcrumbs are made in an artisan bakery that also handles soya, mixed nuts, milk, cereals, celery, mustard and sesame.

Insights
Based in Devon, Richie and Jo Evans are a husband and wife team, who received such great feedback from friends and family for their homemade figgy puddings that, in 2007, they decided to start selling them. They still hand stir, wrap and dispatch all their puddings themselves, keeping a small, hands-on approach that has seen them win multiple awards.
