Founded in 2012, Chocolarder started as a passion project of former pastry chef Mike Longman. Based in Falmouth, Cornwall, they are only one of a handful of bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the UK. Using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, they are committed to ethical and sustainable practices.
