Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted butter (milk) 12%, Marc de Champagne 2.5%, icing sugar, white rum, maize starch. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum and milk solids 20.5% minimum.

Encouraged by King Edward VII, then the Prince of Wales, Parisian chocolatier Madame Charbonnel was introduced to a Mrs Walker from London. Together Mrs Walker, who was known for crafting the finest jewellery boxes, hat boxes, and Madame Charbonnel created Charbonnel et Walker; offering beautiful chocolates presented in beautiful boxes. In 1970, the company was awarded the Royal Warrant to Queen Elizabeth II.
