Since 2017 Sam Burke has brewed, bottled, and labelled Burke’s Beers by hand in the one of the country’s smallest breweries, nestled in the beautiful Cotswold village of Blockley. Produced as naturally as possible, she uses all British ingredients and traditional brewing techniques. Each beer is conditioned in the bottle, unfined and unfiltered.
