Wheat flour - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Candied citrus fruit 11% (Orange peel - Lime peel - Glucose-fructose syrup - Sucrose - Lemon juice concentrate) - Egg yolk of class A 7% - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk 2% - Invert sugar syrup - Glucose-fructose syrup - Salt - Honey - Barley malt extract - Natural flavour - Natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla. FROSTING INGREDIENTS: 12%: Sugar - White egg of class A from free range hens - Hazelnut Tonda gentile trilobata 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Sugar icing (Sugar: Wheat starch) - Sunflower oil - natural flavours. May contain other nuts, mustard and soy. STORAGE CONDITIONS: store in a cool, dry place at a max. temperature of 18 - 20°C. Do not expose the product to sunlight or heat sources.
The family run firm that makes our Panettone in Piedmont, Italy, has been doing so since 1922 and the result is a wonderfully festive treat. We have turned it into a proper present by wrapping it and have tied it in rustic twine.
