Features

notes

Admiration is a compact, dwarf version of this ever popular deciduous shrub, so valued for the brilliance of the foliage. The leaves emerge an orange/red in the spring and gradually the tone of the foliage deepens into autumn. The shrub bears small, scented yellow flowers which develop into attractive berries if planted in full sun.

Insights

Low growing and prickly, allow Admiration to stand alone as a colourful hedge or plant in a container for some fuss free colour year round. A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.
