Inspired by the early memories of India born Romy Gill, and perfected by 6 O'Clock Gin’s own expert distiller, this gin is afforded a wonderful, honey-like sweetness, thanks to natural sugars of the mango juice. Proving the perfect accompaniment to the restrained spice of the ginger, cardamom, and cumin, this sweetness blends beautifully with the citrus zest from lemon and lime peel. Finished with a savoury touch of coriander, try topping this gin with your choice of tonic and serving with a slice of fresh mango.
