• Infuse for 2 to 4 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea – at least 4 minutes of infusion time is recommended before pouring.
• Chamomile should be served without milk and can be sweetened with sugar or honey.
• English camomile used with stalk-on flowers- similar to Aloysia, the taste from the flower stem can be the most intense.
