The pigments are derived from beetroot, spinach, tomato and turmeric for a plateful of Italian colour, texture and flavour.

Arriving from Milan in 2011, armed with his own pasta machine and the words of his mother echoing in his ears, ‘Giovanni, you need to make sure you always have good pasta’, Giovanni Seminara was shocked to discover that that the high-quality foods he enjoyed back home in Milan were not easily available in UK.
