Globe Artichoke, Cynara Scolymus, pack of one bareroot plant
Globe Artichokes are notable for their tall stems which bear large dark green heads against silvery foliage. These globe shaped flower heads are harvested for use as a vegetable while still in bud, but if left on the plant, they mature into attractive purple blossoms.
