Insights
Founded by two longstanding friends, and inspired by a trip to Asia where they were first introduced to the remarkable qualities this natural superfood; L'Etuverie was born of a desire to apply this ancestral tradition to French garlic sourced from their home region of Lomagne. Established on the family farm, located in Cadeilhan in the Gers, all the garlic used is sourced from local farmers, with all onsite production achieved through a unique process of both steaming and drying.
