Insights
In 2012 the team at Brookside Farm in Warwickshire discovered that many of the wild organic herbs growing in their ancient ridge and furrow meadow had been harvested by ancestors for centuries for their health and mood boosting properties. By distilling these hand harvested herbs, they discovered a whole new way of using them as aromatic waters or alcohol-free spirits.
