Garden Mint is a very versatile herb which bears bright green, hairless leaves with long spikes of lilac flowers. Its bushy growing habit means it has a compact form, filling your border with vivid summer colour.

With an array of culinary uses, garden mint is often used for a tangy mint sauce to accompany roast lamb or to garnish new potatoes and peas. Additionally, it has a remarkable reputation for calming the nerves, soothing sleep and relieving sickness - making it popular amongst herbalists.

Care
