Panettone: wheat flour, egg of class A from free range hens, butter (milk), sugar, orange paste (glucose/fructose syrup, orange peel, sucrose, natural flavours, concentrated lemon juice) 5%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), fresh whole milk, cocoa butter, brewer’s yeast, natural flavourings, flavour (vanillin).
Bag of icing sugar (50g): sugar, wheat starch, flavouring.
Pistachio cream: pistachio 30%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural flavouring, spirulina extract.

Founded by Pietro and Regina in 1922, Galup began life as a small pastry shop in the town of Pinerolo, nestled in the north-western region of Piemonte. From well-maintained mother yeast to IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte, Galup have only ever used only highest quality ingredients. The family run business continues to produce their popular confectionary in the town of Pinerolo to this day, following the same traditional recipes.
