Panettone ingredients 88%: wheat flour, sultanas 14%, butter (milk), sugar, Oro orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sucrose), fresh grade A egg yolks from free-range chickens, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), candied citron peel (citron peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh whole milk 2%, invert sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose syrup/fructose, barley malt extract, natural flavourings, natural bourbon vanilla flavour.
Frosting ingredients 12%: sugar, fresh grade A egg whites from free-range chicken, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9%, rice flour, rice starch, powdered sugar (sugar, wheat starch) sunflower oil, natural flavouring, garnished with pearl sugar 5% and whole almonds 3%.

Insights
Founded by Pietro and Regina in 1922, Galup began life as a small pastry shop in the town of Pinerolo, nestled in the north-western region of Piemonte. From well-maintained mother yeast to IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte, Galup have only ever used only highest quality ingredients. The family run business continues to produce their popular confectionary in the town of Pinerolo to this day, following the same traditional recipes.
