Paradiso – panettone: wheat flour, egg of class A from free range hens 22%, butter (milk) 17%, sugar, orange dough (glucose/fructose syrup, orange rinds, sucrose, natural flavourings, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), whole milk 1%, cocoa butter, salt, brewer’s yeast, natural flavour, flavour (vanilla). Sachet of icing sugar: sugar, what starch, flavouring.
With Apple – panettone 80% : wheat flour, candied apples (apple, glucose/fructose, syrup, sucrose, concentrate lemon juice) 17%, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk of fresh class A from free range hens, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invest sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose-fructose, barley malt extract, natural flavour, natural flavour, natural flavour of Bourbon. Frosting ingredients 20%: sugar, white egg of class A from free range hens, hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata 9%, rice flour, rice starch, sugar icing (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavours.
Traditional – panettone 80%: wheat flour, sultanas 15%, butter (milk), sugar, orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sucrose) 8%, egg yolk of fresh class A from free range hens, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), candied lime peel (lime peel, glucose, fructose syrup, sucrose, lemon juice concentrate) 4%, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, honey, barley malt extract, natural flavour, natural Bourbon vanilla flavour. Founded by Pietro and Regina in 1922, Galup began life as a small pastry shop in the town of Pinerolo, nestled in the north-western region of Piemonte. From well-maintained mother yeast to IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte, Galup have only ever used only highest quality ingredients. The family run business continues to produce their popular confectionary in the town of Pinerolo to this day, following the same traditional recipes.
