Ori Hellerstein moved from Jerusalem to London in his early twenties, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu before joining a fine dining restaurant and specialising as a pastry chef. In 2012 he fulfilled his dream of opening a bakery in the Cotswolds, where he runs baking masterclasses and hand crafts artisan breads, cakes and chocolates.
