Insights
Capturing the complex flavours of her birthplace in South East Asia, Nonya Secrets was founded by Maureen Suan Neo, who, with her husband, went on to run five very successful and popular restaurants, known as Singapura, in London. The sauces require painstaking and lengthy hands-on preparation before they can be bottled and jarred, saving you time in the kitchen.
