Features

notes
A tall-growing form of allium, Mount Everest produces large dense, globular heads of fifty or more small creamy white flowers on tall stems (up to 150cm) in late May and June. These flowers are irresistible to bees. The strap like foliage starts to die back as the flowers emerge.
Insights

Long-lasting as a cut flower, the flowers and seed heads can also be cut and dried for flower arranging. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
