First introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst knocking back a Pickleback on holiday in New York City, Florence Cherruault went on establish The Pickle House in 2014. Since then, she has worked closely with bartenders to craft unique, award-winning recipes specifically for cocktails and smoothies, both of which are produced, and hand bottled on the family farm in Suffolk.
