Milk sea salt caramel truffles: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin) natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vegetable fat (coconut oil), sea salt 0.9%, butter oil (milk), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (pectin)) 37%, icing sugar, maize starch.
Milk chocolate truffles: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive), skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder alkalized, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring with other natural flavours, emulsifier (lecithin), Madagascan vanilla seeds.
Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum.

Insights
Britain’s first luxury chocolatier, Charbonnel et Walker was established in 1872. Encouraged by King Edward VII, then the Prince of Wales, Parisian chocolatier Madame Charbonnel was introduced to a Mrs Walker from London. Together Mrs Walker, who was known for crafting the finest jewellery boxes, hat boxes, and Madame Charbonnel created Charbonnel et Walker; offering beautiful chocolates presented in beautiful boxes. In 1970, the company was awarded the Royal Warrant to Queen Elizabeth II.
