Insights
Founded on a derelict plot in 2012, the land surrounding the Secret Garden Distillery has been transformed into a hidden oasis that’s home to 600 varieties of plant. Naturally dried, all of their hand harvested botanicals are grown using peat-free organic compost. Inspired as they say, by ‘the subtle magic of nature’, they pride themselves on the use of sustainable practices, producing spectacular Scottish gins from ‘seed to sip’.
