With apples sourced from across both Brittany and Normandy, where the mild temperatures and frequent rainfall make this rich terroir ideal for apple cultivation, Galipette’s ciders are naturally produced according using traditional methods. Following a slow, wild yeast fermentation process, each of their carefully blended, cuvée ciders are ‘pur jus’, made from 100% fermented apple juice and never from concentrate.
