Insights
The iconic Phare de Sainte Marie built in 1855, marks the southern entrance to the old port of Marseille from which the Salcombe schooners would load up with citrus fruits and herbs from the Mediterranean. Harnessing the essence of these trading routes, Salcombe Distilling Co. combine the finest fresh citrus fruits, herbs, spices, and Macedonian juniper to create a contemporary spirit inspired by history.
