Insights
Sitting in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, Penderyn distillery launched its original single malt whisky on St David’s Day 2004 in the presence of HM King Charles. Penderyn single malt whisky is made using the traditional pot still method. The wash is brought in from the S A Brain & Co brewery, and the standard bottling is aged in retired Evan Williams and Jack Daniel’s whiskey casks.
