Set amongst the rolling hills of the Cotswold countryside; The Cotswolds Distillery have been this producing extraordinarily aromatic dry gin since they opened their doors in 2014. Using traditional methods, this juniper-led gin in left to infuse for 12 hours with nine botanicals, including local lavender, fresh lime zest, and freshly peeled pink grapefruit.
